CEO: David Flint
David Flint has been consulting business owners since 1992. He has focused on the implementation of information systems, covering the full spectrum of business issues from supplier management to customer relations. He has been a consultant to many industries including road construction, large commercial growers, mining, logging, retailing, medical information systems, and others.
David is known for his clear assessment of a management team, his forward thinking, and the development of creative cost-cutting and efficient solutions, which are compatible with the customer's business system His multi-tasking skills give him the ability to stay relevant and in control of several project teams simultaneously. He is the founder of the Dominion Investors Group and the Co-Founder of Dominion Renewable Energy Corp.

COO John Whitman
John Whitman has years of diverse experience through his involvement in many capital projects including standard commercial, industrial refrigeration, heavy industrial, and nuclear power. Mr. Whitman is currently the electrical supervisor for the ECP (Engineering Change Proposal) team for Washington Group Intl. at their highly automated, state of the art, Chemical and Biological Weapons / Material Demilitarization site in Oregon State. John is also the Co-Founder of Dominion Renewable Energy Corp. Mr. Whitman will join our team full time once his contractual agreements are fulfilled and currently manages through his assistants.

VP of Research and Development: Richard McConnell
Richard McConnell has a degree in horticulture and years of experience in the plant industry working with growers, educators and government. He has 16 years of plant lab management experience where his is known for revolutionizing tissue cultural propagation for tropical plants and ferns. Mr. McConnell fluently coordinates research and development with and between our customers and partners to insure our projects maintain an ever increasing efficiency converting biomass feedstock to energy.
